Introducing Procurement Jobs: A Job Board Built for the Procurement Community
Today we're launching Procurement Jobs, a new job board dedicated entirely to procurement, sourcing, category management, and adjacent roles. It's powered by Teem and built for the community we work with every day.
What is Procurement Jobs?
Procurement Jobs is a curated job board focused exclusively on procurement and strategic sourcing careers. Every listing is a procurement role, from early-career analyst positions to Chief Procurement Officer seats, across categories like indirect, direct, IT and software sourcing, marketing procurement, and professional services. No wading through thousands of unrelated listings, no guessing which "operations" job is actually a category manager role in disguise.
Why We Built It
Procurement is one of the most strategically important functions inside a modern company, and one of the hardest to hire for. We hear the same thing from Teem customers week after week:
- Hiring managers can't find candidates with the right category expertise on generic job boards.
- Great procurement professionals miss roles that would have been a perfect fit, because they're buried under finance, operations, or supply chain postings.
- The language of procurement is specific, and general
- Purpose search tools don't do it justice. "Sourcing" means something very different to a recruiter than it does to a category lead.
We spend our days working with procurement teams on software sourcing, and we kept thinking, if this community deserves a better way to evaluate suppliers, it also deserves a better way to find each other.
How it works
For candidates, Procurement Jobs is free to browse. You can filter by role type, category, seniority, and location, and go straight to the employer's application page. No account required to look around.
For employers and recruiters, posting a role takes a few minutes. Listings are reviewed to make sure everything on the board is genuinely procurement-relevant, which keeps the quality high for everyone on the candidate side.
